Office Rules and Hours

Office hours are 7:30 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. during regular school days. Office hours vary when classes are not in session. Please call prior to arrival. The main office staff attempts to serve every customer quickly and efficiently. Students may come to the main office during class time only with their signed planner from a teacher.

The main office does not provide the following items: tardy notes to class, ice, cups, or utensils. Students who are ill should report to the security office after getting a note from a teacher. Phones in classrooms and FamiliesFORWARD can be used without a charge.

Personal Deliveries and Messages

Deliveries of celebration balloons, flowers, food, cakes, take-out food and non-emergency messages disrupt instructional time and reduce students' opportunities to learn. Deliveries and messages will not be accepted during school hours.

Emergency messages will be delivered only if the caller is an authorized contact and the nature of the emergency is clearly stated. This is to protect our students.

Home Link is a web site for Cincinnati Public School teacher web pages. This helps to improve communication between the school and families. Teachers may post information such as their class expectations, a course outline, homework assignments, volunteer opportunities, a classroom newsletter, or student recognition.
